Coming to the end of treatment can bring its own challenges. Our six-week course is for anyone facing life after cancer. It offers skills and techniques to support you in addressing the physical, emotional and practical issues you might face when your treatment is over. Topics include emotional wellbeing, returning to work, exercise, healthy eating and staying on track.

It goes without saying that having cancer can be stressful, but there are lots of things we can share with you to help make those feelings more manageable. Our six-week course will introduce you to聽different methods of relaxation, including: controlling anxious thoughts, meditation visualisation and 鈥榪uick鈥� or emergency relaxation.

This course will introduce cognitive rehabilitation techniques to improve memory and concentration, which may have been affected by cancer treatment.

When you're diagnosed with cancer, you may have questions about what food to eat. Our nutrition workshops are a chance to meet and talk to other people with cancer, discuss healthier options and discover what suits you best.

Exercise and gentle physical activity can give you more energy and help build your confidence to deal with cancer and treatment.

Mindfulness is the art of being aware of, and acknowledging, your thoughts and feelings. Our eight-week course will help you develop skills to manage the physical and emotional challenges that cancer brings.
